Power Outage At General Security Halts Paperwork
A new level of surreal. This morning, electricity and generator outages resulted in the halting of paperwork being completed at the General Security’s headquarters in Sodeco.
Moreover, the Ministry of Finance’s software programs also went down resulting in a halt on those procedures, too. This means that passport issuing, residency permits, emergency documents, and other services were interrupted until further notice.
