7-Year Old Killed By “Celebratory” Gunfire
Seven-year-old Tayouna Sarraf was spending a peaceful Sunday with her family in their hometown of Minyara in Akkar when a criminal decided to put an end to her life.
A stray bullet from an unidentified individual firing his gun in the air hit the young child, killing her instantly.
Tayouna’s tragedy is yet another in the long, seemingly endless series of unfortunate gun-related deaths Lebanon has seen this year.
