The outgoing Minister of Economy Raoul Nehme shed MULTIPLE tears earlier today during a handover ceremony to the incoming Minister Amin Salam.
This is the very same man who had so much disdain for the average citizen that he harangued us for not telling him “shukran” for doing his job.
