Parliamentary Elections Set For March 27, 2022
During a session currently being held, the Lebanese parliament has voted to set the date for parliamentary elections in Lebanon. Previously set for May of 2022, the elections have been moved up and will now be held on March 27, 2022.
Unfortunately, this may result in fewer young people voting as it discounts those who turn 21 between March and May.
If you are a Lebanese residing abroad and are not planning to return to Lebanon to vote, you must register to vote by November 20, 2021, in order to be able to vote abroad.
