Dima Jamali Posts Hilarious Video Of Her “Accomplishments” And Gets Roasted

Do Lebanese politicians have any clue as to how they are perceived?

In an attempt to (very poorly) copy the Prime Minister of New Zealand Jacinda Ardern, our very own member of parliament Dima Jamali has really embarrassed herself.

Back in 2019, Ardern had shared a video of herself sharing her government’s accomplishments of the previous two years in 2-minutes. Arden’s impressive list of accomplishments included creating 92,000 jobs, planting 140 million trees, creating cheaper doctor visits for over half the population, and so on and so forth.

Try not to laugh as you watch MP Jamali do her own “achievements challenge” in which she gives herself 59 seconds (cause let’s be real, she doesn’t need two whole minutes) to run through her “achievements”. These include vague notions like “implementing gender equality” and “helping businesses stand back on their feet”. Cool!

After receiving a ton of ridicule and scrutiny, Jamali removed the video off her channels and blocked many commenters but luckily, there are copies flying around.

You’ll also do well to remember that it was just a few months ago that MP Jamali ditched parliament for a new job as dean at Sharjah University.
