Meditate to Regenerate invites you to the "Realize Lebanon: Music, Dance and Meditation" concerts and workshops.

An independent non-profit international organization composed of very dynamic young and talented people who are united and willing to help society wherever it is needed, Meditate to Regenerate are a group of people strongly linked by friendship, motivated and proud to dedicate themselves to the noble and higher universal ideals in society – peace, equality, dignity, and solidarity.

They are committed to achieving these ideals through a very concrete and useful international social work. The main objective of their activity is focused on providing a unique service for any community open to welcoming them. Their aim is to teach a revolutionary method of meditation and to offer live musical concerts and extraordinary dance performances as a very pure and special form of entertainment.

- September 15, 2011 at 8:00 pm in West Hall, Bathish Auditorium.

Meditation Workshops:
- September 8, 2011 at 7:00 pm in West Hall, Auditorium A.
- September 20, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the Charles W. Hostler Student Center, Activity Room.
