What promised to be one of the hottest summer seasons looks to be waning down, especially after last week’s sudden emergence of family ”military wings” (only in Lebanon), and this week’s renewed Tripoli clashes.
Now some more sad news for you guys: Jamaican sensation Sean Paul has canceled his upcoming gig at Edde Sands which was originally scheduled for tomorrow, August 25. His management team released the following statement Friday morning:
“Due to unforeseeable circumstances, regrettably Sean Paul will not be performing as planned on Aug 25 at the Edde Sands Beach Resort. Sean Paul sends his deepest apologies to his fans and will look to reschedule his trip to Lebanon in the future.”
Given all the shenanigans happening around the country, we can hardly blame him for cancelling. Let’s just hope this doesn’t signify a premature end to the summer.
