Dar L’Azrak is Byblos Sur Mer’s outdoor restaurant that extends out over the water, offering panoramic views of both the city and sea. The restaurant’s broad selection of fresh seafood and Lebanese mezze is paired with a selection of local and international wines. Dar L’Azrak also has an indoor venue located on the hotel’s first floor. The beautiful dining room rests atop Byzantine and Roman ruins discovered during the redesign of the hotel.
