Sashiko & Kogin Workshop at Creative Space

As part of its series of workshops on textile art, Creative Space is hosting a workshop on Sashiko & Kogin with Denise Maroney.

The workshop is an introduction to traditional Japanese cotton embroidery, Sashiko and Kogin. Students will learn technique, basic geometric patterns and have the option to create their own tote or beach bag–just in time for summer.
