Chakra Fusion with Delamy Devi

Delamay Devi is a global mentor and assistant of Shiva Rea. This full weekend of workshops includes four classes designed to open the body, heal the spirit and delve deep into the ocean of prana.

Orig­i­nally from Byron Bay, Aus­tralia, Dela­may Devi had her first yoga experience at the age of 14. She holds a Prana Flow Certification and is part of the mentoring and global assistance program with Shiva Rea, the cre­ator of Prana Flow: Ener­getic Vinyasa.

Chakras are believed to be the center of activity that express life-force energy. Fusing meditation and asana at the begining and then flow, and move along to the energy centres, ending with Sahasrara.
