Navigating Lebanon’s culinary offerings can be a maze at times, there is so much to pick from and so much good food. But sometimes it’s all about who has the most hype, so here are some amazing restaurants that are underrated considering how fantastic they are.
Located in the heart of the trendy Mar Mikhael district, Terminal B offers a wide selection of American and French fare. The best part about this restaurant is the open air concept and the elegant traditional house it is nestled in. It’s a bit on the pricy side, but definitely worth it.
Tucked away just a few meters from AUB, this restaurant is a little oasis in the midst of the Hamra chaos. But don’t go there if you are on a low carb diet, it’s way too difficult to resist their pastas.
Okay, so this restaurant has almost a perfect rating on TripAdvisor but it has made the list because most people I spoke to had never heard of it. Located in Monot, this French steakhouse is so good that you will actually think of me and thank me for telling you about it.
An amazing Armenian restaurant that gives you an opportunity to try dishes that you might not normally try – like frog legs! Located in Bourj Hammoud, make sure to have your GPS or Google Maps handy, and bring a large appetite!
