A craze has been going on in the US and Lebanon doesn’t know about it.
I’m talking about the noodle soup craze; soba, ramen, and pho. And while I don’t know why noodles haven’t made their way to the Lebanese market, I do know that I had been making my own ramen (not recommended) for a few years until I decided to search for them thoroughly around Beirut.
