Let’s Help This Lebanese Woman Support Her Jeddo’s Clothing Store in Lebanon!

Her jeddo doesn’t believe in social media, so she decided to change his mind.

A Lebanese woman recently made a TikTok account for her grandfather’s clothing store, KHOURY Men’s Wear in Betchay, which has been around since 1972. She wants to prove to her jeddo that social media isn’t all that bad.

KHOURY Men’s Wear carries pretty much everything you might need, including suits, pants, jeans, T-shirts, button-ups and cuffs. She recently posted a video asking people to help her get the account seen, so we’re doing our part.

We love supporting places that have been around for so long and are still going. They’re places that belong to the fabric of a town, alongside the furns where you grab your morning man2ooshe or the dekkene you’ve been buying from since you were a kid.

These businesses have stuck around for decades, often through some very difficult years. And while social media might feel like a completely different world from the old-school way they’ve always done business, it can also help introduce them to a whole new generation.
