Staycation in a heated bungalow or cave

Hiking in Smar Jbeil
Nestled on a coastal hill in the district of Batroun, Smar Jbeil is one of the oldest villages in Lebanon. Because of the Church of Saint Nohra and a castle of Phoenician origin, a hike around this village at this time of year can be quite magical. Dinner at a seaside restaurant
Bistr’eau is chill bistro located at L’Auberge de La Mer in Batroun. They serve a wide selection of seafood dishes, along with delectable signature cocktails. All the aforementioned and a spectacular view!

A different clubbing experience than Beirut
Hype is a bar/club located on Batroun’s main road. They have a cozy indoor venue with DJs spinning all night long and an outside terrace.
Winery
Ixsir is located in Basbina in the Batroun district, and not only will you enjoy a tour in the underground wine cellars they have, but you will also get to taste the scrumptious menu by Nicolas Audi à la Maison d’IXSIR, and the terrace outside is absolutely breathtaking.
Biking in the old souk
It’s not raining this weekend, and there’s an event on Saturday where you will get to bike on the coastal road from Jounieh to Chekka that passes through Batroun’s old souk. So enjoy the chilly weather, and the refreshing exercise.
