Universities To Resume Regular Classes As Of Thursday October 3116

Following the resignation of the government, it seems like Lebanese streets have regained their normal, with roadblocks removed and protests centralized in dedicated areas around the country.

In response to the current stable situation, universities across Lebanon will be resuming regular classes as of Thursday October 31st.

So far, these universities include LAU, AUB, and UOB. We’ll keep you updated as more schools make the announcement.

I am writing to inform you that, following a meeting of the President’s Cabinet, LAU has decided to go back to normal working hours with full resumption of classes as of tomorrow October 31, 2019.
