A video of cars surrounded by heavy flooding and mud in the Ghazir town of Kfarhabab is making the rounds on social media, and it is horrifying to say the least.
This is the fourth time that rains have caused flooding on roads in Jounieh and its surrounding areas, as maintenance of roads continues to consist of patching up the occasional pothole. Just last month,
stormy weather and poorly-managed roads even claimed a victim.
Dark roads, stormy weather, and terrible conditions continue to put drivers’ lives at risk on a daily basis. We hope everyone is safe.
