The Tahseen Khayat Group has invested more than $60 million in a new Bliss Street commercial center which includes a shopping mall and hotel project. The first phase of 1866 Tower and Suites, opened in late February, covers 4,000 m2 and includes two theaters, shops and six restaurant chains.
