The cluster of COVID-19 cases highlights a new threat faced by the nation’s first responders, including the
Lebanese Red Cross.
On that note, we would like to take a moment to express our thanks and gratitude to the Lebanese Red Cross who have been serving citizens relentlessly since the outbreak of the virus.
Each corona mission costs the Lebanese Red Cross approximately $850 in equipment and transport fees, you want to help and donate them, you can do it
here. The Red Cross was established in Lebanon in 1945, later joining the International Organization of the Red Cross in 1947. It has over 2500 volunteers in the country and is regarded fondly by both citizens and the country’s various political factions for its insistence on neutrality throughout various internal and external conflicts.
