Sfi7a lovers, if you’ve been wanting to make the authentic meat pies like the pros, you can learn all the secrets to the perfect sfi7a with Lakkis Farm this Saturday.

I think there’s a general consensus that sfi7a Baalbakiye is the best. If you ever want to save yourself the trip to Lakkis Farm, maybe you can learn the recipe and try to make it yourself at home.

During the workshop taking place at their Jal El Dib location, you’ll learn how to make sfi7a from scratch, covering everything from preparing the dough and filling to the baking process. You’ll then get hands-on and make your own sfi7a using what you’ve learned.

The workshop runs from 10 AM to 1 PM as part of a brunch, with a buffet of Lebanese dishes and live cooking stations happening throughout.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll also receive a certificate upon completion. This way, you’ll take home all the secrets of making sfi7a from the most famous place for it in all of Lebanon.
