Party at CLOSR with BAAL

BAAL is a remarkable duo from Munich, considered as one of the most interesting german Techno musicians at the moment. The ambivalent, hebrew word “BAAL” is a hint to the spiritual background of the two munich artists Matthias Dräxler and Matthias Schüll.
It is up to the listener whether they want to focus on the dark power of the devil or the epic glory of God in the music of BAAL. Their first EP Metamorph, which came out on Musica Autonomica, included hits like “Jericho” and “Genesis” and reached a huge support from acts like Solomun, DJ Hell and Tale of Us.
With further releases on Einmusika Recordings, Kittball and their current EP Cashmere on Ritter Butzke Studio, they showed us, that it was not just a flash in the pan.
