Hamsa Yoga Space

In Sanskrit, Hamsa means “the swan.” It symbolizes the soul that migrates from one body to another.

Hamsa Yoga Space is based in Beirut, Lebanon. Founded by Sarah Warde, it provides different styles of practice with qualified teachers.

With emphasis on the breath in connection to the body and the mind, Hamsa supports traditional forms of yoga to promote both physical and mental peace.
