New Ice Skating Arena To Open In Beirut
The cool people over at O Unique Sports are bringing an icy dose of fun to the heart of Beirut!
Having been assembling and pioneering ice skating rinks all around the country since 2012 in areas like Jbeil and Baskinta, they’re now working on bringing their amazing arenas to both The Spot Choueifat and Downtown Beirut, the area facing Beirut Souks near BIEL.
The Beirut rink will have an area of 300 square meters, and will host a food court right around it making sure you keep your cravings satisfied while you bring out your inner Tonya Harding.
The rink is suitable for both children and adults alike, and it will offer many cool classes like figure skating, hockey, and yoga on ice (yes, you read that correctly) will be offered! The rink will also be the perfect venue for those looking to take their special someone on a unique romantic date.
The best part is that while ice skating rinks in Lebanon are normally open from mid-December to April, the hardworking team at O Unique Sports is planning on keeping Beirut skating until the end of July.
The soft opening will take place this Sunday, February 25th, and the rink should officially open shortly after that.
Opening hours: weekdays 3 PM – 11 PM
Weekends and holidays: 10 AM – 11 PM
Entry fees:
Weekdays: 1 hour session for 25,000 LL
Weekends: 30 minute session for 20,000 LL
Every additional 30 minutes is for 10,000 LL
Corporate rates for groups of 10+: 15,000 LL/hour on weekdays only
Special rates and offers available for schools.
