The victim was identified as Ali Al Haq, a Lebanese citizen who left behind a Lebanese flag, a copy of his clear criminal record, and a note that says “I am not a sinner”.
He reportedly shot himself next to Dunkin Donuts, Hamra. The details of the situation are still unknown.
