Rabih and the Playmates

Born 24 April 1974 and raised in the Bekaa Valey in Lebanon, it was at home that his talent for playing the piano, guitar and bass was developed later on.

His parents forced him to take piano lessons after hearing what he was creating on a broken piano but it didn’t work with him, so he decided to speak the music language in his way, and he recorded his first album “COMA” in 2000 after moving from Chtoura to Beirut. At the time, he was DJing in his own club in Monot street for three years until he released his second album “Sultan’system” in 2006 that was distributed by EMI and it was a different style then the first one, a big step from oriental jazz to oriental pop Reggae tone and electronic.
