As part of the Textile Workshops, a Sashiko workshop is being held at the Creative Space. Class begins with an intro to indigo dyeing. You will dye fabric and learn the steps of traditional Japanese embroidery, Sashiko, from transferring image to final product. Students will create tote bags with Sashiko stitching detail.
