Self Exploration Art Therapy Workshop at L’Atelier Thespis

L’Atelier Thespis is hosting an art therapy workshop. This workshop invites you to a journey of self-expression and self-exploration, an opportunity to explore personal difficulties and potentials.

Through art making, playful activities and intimate group discussions, you will have the chance to reflect on your relationship with yourself and others, touch on the areas that may be causing you stress, pain, and/or confusion, and explore new ways to approach them.

Participation fee: $280 per person for eight sessions, including all art material
