Bhannine – Moukhtara Hiking with Lebanese Adventure

Join Lebanese Adventure as it hosts another exciting hiking trip from Bhannine to Moukhtara. You will begin by the river bank starting from Bhannin, passing by dirt roads before reaching Bisri’s cascades.

You will then go uphill and follow the lower part of the cliff, passing by small watercourses (most probably dry in this season). After meeting again the main river, you will end up in the final destination, Moukhtara. During the hike, you will pass by an ancient bridge and the Mamelouk ruins.

Participation fee: $25 covering guides, transportation, and insurance

Meeting for the trip is at 7:30 a.m. at the parking next to the Emergency Entrance of the Sacré Cœur Hospital Hazmieh. To reach it, turn right towards Pain d’Or. The parking is the first one on your left.
