Welfare Wheat Race in Broummana

Head on over to the Broummana Municipality playground to take part in the Welfare Wheat Race. The race is a yearly race organized by the NGO “Al Amal for the Disabled and the Needy”.

The funds raised in this race go to the Sweater & Wheat program, which gives persons with special needs the role of contributing in the support of the other needy.

The race is open to school students, professional runners, and athletes. They can participate in the run or the one kilometer walking parade.

Different races of different lengths will be taking place to accommodate the physical capabilities of everyone. Don’t miss out on this awesome event that will help out a good cause.

Participation fee: free for students under 18 years of age; 20,000 LL for professional athletes and for those who want to take part in the walking parade
