Cinephilia Intensive Screenwriting Lab for Shorts at Municipal Public Library of Monnot

Join the Municipal Public Library of Monnot as it hosts an intensive screenwriting lab organized by Cinephilia Productions.

The lab spreads over 16 hours and is designed for prospective and professional filmmakers/writers who are interested in developing a narrative short film idea and turning it into a screenplay that fits the international standards.

The lab covers all aspects of screenwriting that lead to a finished screenplay draft. Participants will develop themes, stories, characters and dialogs by using engaging writing exercises to guide them from a simple one line idea to a developed 8-15 pages screenplay.

The lab also covers the business aspect of screenwriting as well as offers a wide range on how to market a screenplay and how to get development funding.

Participation fee: $250
