Lebanese Artists Association – Painters and Sculptors (LAAPS)

The Lebanese Artists Association – Painters and Sculptors – was founded in 1957 with a government permit #301/AD to serve the art community and help promote art and artists.

Its yearly activities included many group and one person exhibits of its members. It has taken part in many regional and international art activities and exhibits.

The association membership includes the majority of Lebanese artists; currently, there are around 200 artists practicing painting, sculpture, assemblage, calligraphy and arabesques, photography and New Media art, pottery and glass work.
