Join Management Mix as is hosts a training session on handling customer complaints.

Through this workshop, you’ll cover: knowing and practicing how to listen to your customer complaints and how to respond to them efficiently, developing skills for effective management of complaints, transforming the difficult situations into positive actions, acquiring a real competitive advantage by a better knowledge of clients and their needs (explicit, implicit, latent), and setting up an effective Complaint Management Process.

Participants are expected to share their experiences by active participation throughout all parts of this training program. Participants will be divided into appropriate teams for workshops and real cases. A manual will be supplied which will support development of the course by helping participants to structure the main acquired competencies.
