Elissar & Other Stories

The atelier features Elissar’s Ottoman-inspired collection of garments handcrafted with embroidered cottons, Turkish & Damascene silks & brocades, Egyptian handloomed linen, in addition to vintage & woven fabrics from Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

Pieces of jewelry are made by Elissar herself in her workshop using brass, silver, tribal metals, raw silks, and vintage scraps of fabric from Istanbul and Uzbekistan. Every piece is, eccentrically, a limited edition.
