As part of The Nehna Wel Amar Jiran Festival, a play by Twin Collective and Young Public Theatre titled “The Bread Festival” will take place at Vendome Stairs.
Synopsis: Bolbol the deliveryman transports goods between Zakazik village and the city. One day a beautiful white donkey followed him and they became friends.
The day of the village festival has arrived, a party especially particular to Zakazik. The king and his court decide to travel to the village to attend the festival. The inhabitants of Zakazik fear they may run out of food. What do they do? What does Bolbol do? What does Chayboub do?
