Lebanese Developers Start Kickstarter Campaign for Conflict-Resolution Video Game

Search for Common Ground Lebanon (SCGL), a team of professionals dedicated to helping youth learn about conflict resolution in fun and entertaining ways, is currently developing a video game called Cedaria: Blackout.

It’s a non-violent role-playing game in which players set out to unite the four different competing clans of the country. The ultimate goal of the game is to teach kids how to achieve peace and coexistence in an accessible way.

The initiative is largely being funded by the Dutch Embassy, but SCGL is still short of $50,000 to finish the project. Want to support the cause? Click here to find out how you can donate.
