Al Bireh Night Hike with Vamos Todos
The full moon will illuminate a wonderful track overlooking breathtaking views all along the way. Al Bireh overlooks Aley from one side and the Chouf from the other side, so you will get a spectacular set of views and natural scenery.
The hike will be easy, as are all night hikes. Participants will walk together in one group. There will be some uphill stretches at the beginning, but then it will become level with some slight downhill hiking.
At the end of the hike, locals will welcome walkers around a campfire where you can roast corn and potatoes and eat delicious homemade manakish.
What to Bring:: You must wear hiking shoes or comfortable walking shoes. Bring a light jacket since it gets cold at night. Don’t forget your flashlight.
