CLAC Municipal Cultural Center of Sin El Fil

The Municipal Cultural Center of Sin El Fil (CLAC), is a center that promotes culture and develops a spirit of solidarity, friendliness and mutual assistance among the inhabitants of the region. This center is run by volunteers and municipal officials and chaired by the head of the municipal council.
