BIPOD 2014 – 10th Edition

Attend BIPOD–Beirut International Platform of Dance, 10th Edition from April 10 until April 27 at Al Madina Theatre, Théâtre Monnot and Metro Al-Madina organized by Maqamat Dance Theatre in partnership with the Beiteddine Festival.

2014 will mark one of BIPOD’s most important moments by celebrating its 10th anniversary.

BIPOD continues to enhance its already established reputation as one of the most important dance festivals in Lebanon and the region.

For its 10th anniversary, the festival offers a rich international program of contemporary dance performances, master classes, exhibitions and talks by renowned dance artists from around the world. BIPOD has created an incredible program and will celebrate dance continuously throughout the event: 10 companies for 10 years of BIPOD in addition to unique master classes, talks with the artists, the launching of BIPOD’s 10th anniversary book, a retrospective exhibition as well as great parties around the festival.

This year’s line-up includes internationally acclaimed companies from Norway, Belgium, Lebanon, UK, Germany, Morocco, Australia, France and Switzerland.

– 20,000 LL for students at the door only.
– 30,000 LL and 40,000 LL
– Festival golden pass $100 for all the performances and choice of a free masterclass or a free access to the party.
– Festival silver pass $60 for a choice of 5 performances.
