Beirut Banter Radio Show at Radio Beirut
This is a two-hour weekly multi-media radio show, that delves deep into Beirut city culture and happenings in all its forms, with hosts Allan Chaaraoui (Lazzy Lung frontman), Adrian Hartrick (journalist and cultural commentator), Cera Barr and Panos Aprahim.
Beirut Banter touches base on everything from music (from rock to electro, local and international), food (from your local greasy spoon to some of Beirut’s hidden gems), news (interesting and quirky things happening locally and world-wide) and events (reviewing, listings, and local action). Half of the show is a segment called “Soundcheck,” an in depth interview with a musician or DJ acting as a prequel to the live event taking place on the night.
