After the huge success of the first two Sri Lankan dinners, BEYt is hosting another round of great food and good times to finish off their series of dinners with a grand finale.
On the Menu
– Sri Lankan Egg Rolls: pancakes filled with a fish and potato mixture and hard-boiled eggs, which are breaded and fried.
– Parippu (Sri Lankan Daal Curry Coconut Milk): daal lentils cooked with coconut milk and made into a rich stew that acts almost like a gravy for rice.
– Sri Lankan Pork Badun Curry: a very spicy curry with lemongrass and coconut milk. (Potato curry will also available in small quantities for vegetarians — please inform us in advance)
– String Hoppers (Idiyappa): a traditional Sri Lankan food consisting of rice flour pressed into noodle form and then steamed.
– Green Pol Sambol: grated coconut mixed with spicy chili flakes, red chili powder, lime juice and salt.
– A surprise Sri Lankan dessert
