Meeting Point: In front of Virgin Megastore in Downtown Beirut from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Then walking directly to BIEL at the Beirut Waterfront.
Also note that: – Every dog not socialized with people or other dogs must be muzzled. – Every aggressive dog must wear a muzzle. – All dogs MUST be on a leash. – Every participant must do exactly as the event administrators ask them to do. – Media will cover this special event so please all dog owners be calm and keep your dogs very calm. – A group of security professionals will cover all the event.
