Join Art of Living for a 40-minute session of Sukshma Vyayam and Panchakosha Meditation.

The session starts with Sukshma Vyayam, an ancient yogic practice through pressure points and specific breathing. It helps to remove stresses and blocks, and clam the nervous system.

The path of yoga is an inward journey towards the realization of one’s true nature. Pancha Kosha meditation takes you on this journey by gently taking your attention to the five layers: Body, Prana, Mind, Intellect and Bliss. The instructors will guide you through a simple process that can be practiced by anyone.
