Action Theater Classes for Adults with Nadine Sures

Nadine Sures is a teacher, performer, director and producer who has worked professionally and internationally in theatre, dance and performance art for over 15 years.

She is the only certified Action Theater teacher in Lebanon. She has taught children and adults of all ages and is finally offering Action Theater courses for the first time in Beirut. The practice of Action Theater incorporates the exploration of embodied physical theatre exercises that lead to increased skills of strong, clear, spontaneous, and artful communication. Through this technique, adults and children learn to express themselves through the voice and body in a fun way, increasing self-esteem, trust in themselves and others, and awareness of their innate creativity.
