The Climate Change and Environment Program at the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs (IFI) cordially invites you to a panel discussion.

In light of the recent drought events in Lebanon and the MENA region and the associated social and economic crises, what role do existing water management policies play in reducing drought risks and mitigating its impacts? This panel discussion on drought policy, governance, and management systems in the MENA region will highlight current obstacles and challenges in drought policy planning in the MENA region, and will further identify possible policy options and management systems.
