This month, the chef instructors will show you how to transform seasonal ingredients into a variety of classic winter favorites your family and friends will love.

– Bocconcini di polenta al Gorgonzola – Polenta bites with Gorgonzola cheese
– Risotto al Nero di Seppia – Risotto with cuttlefish in its black ink
