Art Therapy Experiential Session for Adults

Artichoke Studio is offering a three-hour experiential art therapy session for adults interested in experiencing art therapy sessions firsthand.

Through art making, interactive exercises and intimate group discussions, you will be guided through a short self-exploration journey in a playful and non-judgmental environment.

You do not need to be “good” in any form of art. Confidentiality is highly respected.
