‘A Song’ Exhibition at Brut L’Atelier

Brut L’Atelier invites you to discover and experience the world of Ghinwa Daher through an expressionist installation of photography and sound.

Ghinwa Daher, 26, graduated from USEK and works as a freelancer. Her life experiences led her to become an independent visual artist.

Through a combination of sounds and photos, this 15 minutes installation aims to project a transcendental journey; the state, as well as the process, of delving deep into one’s inner self to reach stillness in its various aspects. The exhibit is reflected by sounds of young monks while taming their mind to settle through prayer and chanting, along with a series of photos that portray the constant initiation into the state of belonging to monkhood.
