About Mariana Wehbe
Mariana Wehbe is a dual career woman who founded a professional public relations firm and is also a sought after auctioneer by many of Lebanon’s most well known NGOs. After working for 16 years at global market leader in the logistics industry, DHL, Mariana felt she was ready to take on new professional challenges. Always in pursuit of personal and professional growth, she decided to take her leadership, work ethic and communication skills in a new direction. Resigning from a company that she put her heart and soul into and a place—where her colleagues valued her as a friend and an employee—was a difficult decision. Although she did not know exactly what her future held, she knew the career woman she wanted to be. Mariana was looking for work that would enhance her dynamic skill set and suit her vivacious personality. Known by many in her life as a woman that lights up any room, public relations was a natural fit. As Mariana says, “ I love people and like to communicate. “When there is a brand that I love, I am always the one voicing my thoughts about it. Throughout the years, this became my thing. People would always ask, ‘who is the new designer you like or where is this accessory from? People started taking my opinions seriously.” For a person who portrays confidence and is well versed in talking to people, one wouldn’t guess Mariana didn’t originally have a background in public relations. Mariana knows her way around the business. What you see is what you get with Mariana. Her knowledge of the corporate industry is an added value for her clients.
