Beit Byout is a tragi­comedy adapted to Arabic from August: Osage County, an acclaimed play written by American playwright and actor Tracy Letts. The play received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and it ran on Broadway for 648 performances for three years. In 2013, it was made into a film co­produced by George Clooney starring Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts.
