This month Kitchenlab are offering many classes to help you prepare for Easter. Also there’s Mother’s Day this month, so don’t forget to spend quality time with your kids preparing and decorating cookies.

– Importance of Acids whey and curd resin in cheese making
– Categories of cheese: creamy, firm, hard, ripe and hard Rind
– Cheese making process: production, concentration and ripening
– How to taste cheese
