Middle East University presents a Symposium dealing with the challenges and horizons of Oil and Gas in Lebanon.

The main purpose behind this symposium is to:
– Shed light on the Oil & Gas sector
– Share recent knowledge with the community
– Engage professionals in the sector in a debate

This exchange will create ways for all participants to take advantage of the opportunities and be prepared to face various obstacles. It is crucial to make things more transparent and equally in everybody’s interest to make information accessible and explain relevant technical resolutions.
The ‘how’ of upcoming ventures needs to be discussed: a) how to face the perceived hurdles, b) how to perform a meaningful comparative analysis with neighbors in the region, c) how to regulate the impact of the global economy on Lebanon.
The symposium will elaborate on future estimations, storage, pipelines, cost, revenues, and regulations. In addition to the repercussion of the global economy on both Oil & Gas in Lebanon the pricing game will be discussed in relation to the future of Oil and Gas.
It is very important to educate people, to orient students, and to facilitate professionals and academics to join efforts.
